PHONE CONSULTATION
Let's talk! We'll schedule a phone call where we can chat one-on-one to gather as much information as we can about your project. Be prepared to discuss the scope of your project, your wish list, pain-points, budget, and more. By collecting these details, we'll gain a better understanding of your needs, and will be able to provide you with professional advice on the best course of action for your project.

ON-SITE MEETING
We'll schedule a mutually convenient date and time for a site visit. Visiting the site of your project is crucial for us to gain a well-rounded understanding of your wants and needs. By performing our due-diligence, we'll be able to gather all of the information needed to formulate the best plan to accomplish your goals and create a functional space that meets your needs.

BUILD PLAN + SEND ESTIMATE
After our site visit, we'll take the information we've gathered thus far, and formulate a detailed plan for your project. Expect to receive a thorough estimate of materials, labour, project timeline, payment schedule and detailed scope of work. This is your opportunity to revise any project details, fine-tune the scope, and ask any additional questions.

4
FINALIZE SCOPE + SUBMIT QUOTE
After reviewing any feedback on the initial plan and estimate, we'll revise and submit a formal project plan and quote. We appreciate that sometimes additions to a project scope will be requested as the job is underway, and we are always happy to accommodate those add-ons as/if our timeline allows. Additional materials and labour will be invoiced accordingly.

5
SET START DATE + PAY DEPOSIT
Once the formal quote is approved, we'll take a deposit and schedule an official start date for your project.
